The property is located adjacent to the beach on the end of Brunswick Terrace and has seen much improvement in the present hands. The building dates from around 1820 and is grade II Listed. The guest house benefits from gas fired central heating and the system has been upgraded with two new boilers and a hot water tank – there are now two separate systems, a new system which provides heating and hot water to the ground and lower ground floors; and another system which provides heating and hot water to the guest bedrooms. The kitchen is a particular feature of this property and is extremely well fitted.   In addition, many of the guest bedrooms have been upgraded with new bathroom fittings, new beds and furniture and the owner’s accommodation remodeled etc.

The ground floor dining room is in use only an hour a day and has magnificent sea and esplanade views and, in the past, has been furnished to provide comfortable accommodation for owners – there is potential for this type of dual use again.

A well run bed and breakfast business with excellent ratings from TripAdvisor    (usually within the top 10 in Weymouth) and  9.5 Rating from Booking.com. The guest house is run by a two person partnership with part time staff and has a good quality website from the which the business derives much income helped by the fact that all rooms have good views.
